Rose Bud School District has a HIPPY Homebased Educator opening. To apply, contact Stephanie Heidelberg at 501-882-6745 or sheidelberg@wdmesc.org.
The implementation of the HIPPY model is centered on the recruitment, training, and professional development of parents as homebased educators (HBEs) from the immediate community. These HBEs provide the family home instruction and are the key to the success of HIPPY. The local school districts, HIPPY Field Coordinator and/or HIPPY Program Coordinator choose Homebased Educators, with past or current parents preferred. Job requirements may vary within the co-op area.
