Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our PreK program. The SLP will provide direct speech and language services to preschool-aged children and conduct evaluations as part of the early childhood special education team. This role allows you to focus on what you do best—supporting children’s communication development—without being burdened by due process paperwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy services to PreK students.

Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations.

Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support communication development.

Maintain accurate therapy and evaluation records.

Participate in team meetings and professional development as required.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Arkansas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY supervision eligibility.

Experience with early childhood populations preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
